The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the schedule for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate programs (CUET UG) 2025. The examination is set to be conducted from May 8 to June 1, 2025, in multiple shifts each day. CUET UG 2025 Exam Date and Schedule
The CUET UG 2025 will be held over a span of 25 days, from May 8 to June 1, 2025, in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The examination will be conducted in multiple shifts each day to accommodate the large number of applicants. The detailed subject-wise schedule and shift timings will be released by the NTA in due course.
Shift Timings and Duration
While the exact shift timings are yet to be announced, based on previous years’ patterns, the CUET UG exams are expected to be conducted in three shifts daily:
- Shift 1: Morning Session
- Shift 2: Afternoon Session
- Shift 3: Evening Session
Each test paper will have a duration of approximately 60 minutes, depending on the subject.
Registration and Application Details
The registration process for CUET UG 2025 commenced on March 1, 2025, and concluded on March 24, 2025. Candidates were provided with a correction window from March 26 to March 28, 2025, to make necessary amendments to their application forms.
City Intimation Slip and Admit Card
The NTA is expected to release the City Intimation Slip in the last week of April or the first week of May 2025. This slip will inform candidates about the city where their examination center is located.
Subsequently, the Admit Cards will be made available for download on the official NTA website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official portal for updates and to download their admit cards promptly once released.
