Apollo Tyres Bags ₹579 Crore Deal to Sponsor Team India Jerseys 

New lead sponsor for Team India 

Apollo Tyres has been named the new Team India jersey sponsor 2025, replacing Dream11 as the lead sponsor for the Indian men’s and women’s cricket teams. The deal was awarded by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) amid a bidding process that excluded online gaming, crypto, and certain other sectors due to recent regulatory changes.  

Deal worth ₹579.06 crore till March 2028 

This sponsorship deal with Apollo Tyres is valued at ₹579.06 crore and will run for two-and-a-half years, ending in March 2028.  It significantly tops the previous deal with Dream11 (₹358 crore), making this one of the highest value front-of-jersey sponsorships in Indian cricket.  

Replaces Dream11 after online gaming law 

Dream11 had to exit its contract following the enactment of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill 2025, which bans promotion, advertising and sponsorship of real-money gaming platforms. With that in effect, BCCI floated fresh tenders and excluded gaming and similar sectors, paving the way for companies like Apollo Tyres to participate.  

Includes men’s & women’s team India jerseys 

Under this deal, the Apollo Tyres logo will be prominently displayed on the Team India Jerseys of both men’s and women India cricket teams across all formats. Besides international fixtures, the sponsorship also covers matches played by India A and under-19 teams.  

Per-match payments and ICC matches too 

Apollo Tyres will pay approximately ₹4.5 crore per match for bilateral and non-ICC games, while for ICC tournament matches the per-match value is lower (approximately ₹1.72 crore) since jersey-sponsorship placement rules differ for ICC events.
